It sure looks that way. The world of CWCville and Sonichu has been playing out in his head even after he stopped work on the comic back in 2015. Confirms that he didn't run out of ideas - he's just too lazy to work. I like how he just casually mentions new developments like that and the Alakazam thing, since he forgot his audience wouldn't know about that stuff.
