These "subliminal hypnosis" files with no audible voices are pure snake oil. If you can't hear a voice with your "conscious" mind, you can't hear a voice with your "subconscious" mind. There are "subliminal" files where the voices are mixed at a lower level than the music or other sounds, but you can still hear the voices if you wear headphones and pay attention. I doubt those kind of subliminal files are all that effective either, but I'd at least be willing to entertain the possibility that they can affect your "subconscious" mind in some small way, since you can still hear a voice giving suggestions or affirmations. The ones Chris seems to listen to are the straight B.S., the only suggestions are in the description to the file telling you what to believe that you will hear.

Is Chris actually scared by straight hypnosis files, as in ones with some kind of vocal induction, usually progressive relaxation, followed by suggestions?
