I have been seriously working my ass off a LOT, along with the movers, in getting moved back into the house most recently. A portion of my pains, in addition to lower back, can be figured out in the above pun.

The suckiest part is Snorlax has commanded him to move Hoard 2.0 into Branchland Court to replace the parts of Hoard 1.0 that were not destroyed in God's failed application of the Exterminatus Protocol.

I would have to think that to continue insurance they will need to submit to an investigation of the home from time to time to ensure that the Hoard is at least being kept at bay. When we received our home owners insurance they had a guy come out to check things out. Also, when you get a HELOC they have someone check out the inside of your home. 14 Branchland Court will need to receive some attention from time to time from this point forward, plus I would think the City Manager is aware that the owners created a fire risk before, so I am thinking they will be subject to drive-bys from the city. The Hoard will not survive what the government and private business will do.
