So, apparently Chris got another cat. Anyone know where the fuck to call about animal abuse in VA?
I don't know about the cats, but if his dogs are still alive, I'm sure they could be taken away by a humane society. I know being total sociopaths is the best part of kiwifarms, but I'd genuinely like someone with authority to get a look at those animals.
