Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
Details: I had A Crispy Chicken Bacon McWrap, A Large Fry and A Large Sweet Tea in the REstaurant, went Home, 2 Hours Later, I VOMITED, CRAPPED MY BRIEFS, CRAPPED THE BED AND CRAPPED THE SEATS IN MY CADILLAC CAR WHEN I WENT TO WALMART TO GET ME SOME KAOPECTATE. CURSE-YE-HA-ME-HA MCDONALDS!

I'm guessing it's a ween and one who is up to current happenings with OPL on the CWCki (regarding the Caddy and McWraps), but still funny.

Gawd.... they're not even trying to sound the least bit credible. My guess is that we're probably going to start seeing a lot more of this kind of thing due to all of the recent Chris related activity on the Internet. If nothing else, weens are predictable.

I don't know about poisoned, but I'm sure you've heard those tales about fast food workers getting even with difficult or abusive customers. I'm pretty sure that Chris hasn't exactly endeared himself to the management and crew at his local McDonald's, and it wouldn't be that hard to imagine some crew member slipping a little "something extra" into is McWrap or whatever.
