Having read the leaked Facebook posts, what would his probation officer think about some of the statements and threats he has allegedly made over the past year? Should he really be posting such content? We know he's had it in him to do harm and break the law before, are we sure he's now low-risk or no-risk?

Some people seem to think what Chris did was malicious but I don't know why. The reason he ended up in court was because he hit Michael Snyder with his car, granted, but he did so while attempting to flee from the situation. Chris did not purposefully ram Michael (he certainly would not have got such lenient terms otherwise), he's a coward and is really only a danger to himself. The other times he's been involved with the law are for soliciting, he doesn't actually go out of his way to cause harm to others.

Considering how lax and ineffectual his community service and mandatory psych evaluations have been, what are the odds that his PO also doesn't give a shit?

One of these days, Chris's luck will run out and he'll meet an authority figure who knows what the Internet is.

His Parole Officer or caseworker or whatever he has (it may just be a court clerk that records whatever is signed off) probably is more concerned with the real criminals he has to deal with and just wants the mentally crippled manbaby out of his ever fucking office.

This seems to be the running theme of Chris's disciplinary history.

Seriously, Chris walks around with this attitude that any public authority figure likes to play kick the autistic, but they've been quite lenient on him. But of course Chris cannot be grateful for even the slightest break. Granted, his non-vehicular offenses aren't that serious, but honestly Chris probably should've had his license suspended - at least temporarily - after the 10/28 incident. And I know that seems cruel in light of the knowledge that he is now Barb's only link to the outside world, but good goddamn look at his track record. It amazes me that he was able to get a license to begin with.
I mean, cops do realize there's something off about him, right? I reckon they just want to get him out of their hair as soon as possible.

Considering that all of his Facebook posts were originally blocked from public view, I doubt his probation officer is even aware of them. Or cares, honestly.

Now, if Chris were to go back to the PLACe and run Snyder over with his car a THIRD time, then I can see the prosecution using those posts to their advantage.

For all the crazy shit Chris has done, at least he has some standards.

Yeah, Chris hates disciplinarians in the same way a child hates their dad for telling them off for misbehaving. Similarly he thinks people like Anna and Barb are great in the same way a child's favorite parental figure is the one who lets them have too many sweets and allows them to stay up past their bedtime.
Ultimately, the former are the ones who can genuinely benefit Chris, whilst the latter are nothing but harmful to him in the long run.

Exactly. But there are many out there glad to bring what is dug up to the attention of whatever relevant 'authority,' whether it be the Church, the Health Department or Chris' parents. So when I first saw the leaks and their content, I was quite sure someone out there had plans to call the probation department and claim Chris was making threats online and point out where the content could be found. If that happened, I'd say it could go a couple different ways. Probation wouldn't care, or they would confront Chris and he would blow up in the meeting.
Probation in my state has a reputation for wanting to revoke probation. It's like it is their goal to catch people and put them in jail rather than help them complete their alternate sentence. And I'm talking about rather harmless offenses such as public intoxication or possession of a joint. Being stupid enough to upload a pic of yourself smoking a joint or holding a beer to Facebook while on probation has been known to earn people a revocation hearing around here, and I can't speak for Virginia.

Is there any particular Facebook post relating to probation? I didn't see anything in the main thread or imgur.

It's not illegal to be weird though

True, but you can be damn sure that if he wasn't regarded as a slow-in-da-mind by people he comes into contact with then the consequences of the Gameplace incident would have been harsher. Not to mention crap like him walking into the women's bathroom, or his sexual harassment of Megan.

This. Whats up with the thread title? There isn't an update today.

I'm talking about the threats he made on Facebook while on probation. Wanting Michael Snyder to die, by stress or gunshot murder, wanting to know where a certain photo was taken (he thinks University of Virginia) so he can go assault a troll, that sort of stuff. A kid makes a threat on Facebook, it gets them expelled from school. Same language, could get someone in trouble if they are on probation.

No there isn't an update today. I was only trying to follow the rules and put some sort of date without going back and digging out the exact dates of the leaks that happened over the past month on it so people don't think it's new five months from now.

I doubt his probation office gives a shit. If Chris attacked Michael again, the facebook stuff may become relevant.

In the laws eyes it's just some retard that doesn't know any better ramblings. Until it becomes a possible premeditated crime nobody will care.

Good of you to be so diligent in trying to follow the rules, you're doing better than some people. :) I'm pretty sure that rule only applies to threads that are releasing new content though. Since you're simply discussing what was in the leak, I don't think there's any need for a date in the title - if anything, I'd go with "Chris, Probation, and the May 26 Facebook Leaks" or whatever date it was that Martin dropped the imgur album.

As it is, having the date 6/23 in the topic title sort of gives the false impression that you have new information to share from today...

I admit, that's why I clicked on the thread in the beginning, but I was able to put together the OP's intent pretty quickly. Still, I was a little disappointed there was no new content.

Interesting question, though!
