Preface
Chris "Shoenice" Schewe is a YouTuber who posts videos of himself eating various household substances that could really use a Mr. Yuck sticker. He was the subject of a Tosh.0 episode and countless news articles marveling over his poison tolerance.
Since late 2015, however, Shoenice's career has declined. His mission to end world hunger was exposed as a personal substance abuse tugboat, it was revealed that he killed a fellow US soldier, and he was identified as a scammer by a thumbnail artist.
Early Life
As a child, Shoenice was raised in the typical middle-class American household, with his mother, father, and several siblings. However, his father became increasingly absent from the home, and he moved with his mother to a cramped apartment. Her alcoholism was quickly apparent, and her son's habit of vandalizing homes certainly didn't help things.
While in school, Shoenice created an entirely new group of people who hate group projects by eating ingredients during Home Economics. As with most cows, he failed to complete his educational obligations and dropped out to enlist in the Army.
US Army Career
Shoenice was stationed in Baghdad, tasked with supplying food to his fellow troops. He recounted a story of two children stuck in a sandstorm who he provided with ravioli and stew. It was this encounter that convinced him to start his own mission to end world hunger (more on this later).
In one deleted video, Shoenice jokes about running over and killing another soldier:
YouTube Career
Against all odds, Shoenice got laid and had a son (who he abandoned later). It was this son who started a YouTube account for him, where Shoenice originally posted somewhat mellow content. A friend (undoubtably now a Kiwi Farms member) from the aforementioned school encouraged him to post videos of his lunacy. Soon, Shoenice's channel exploded in popularity.
In 2011, Shoenice's family threw him out of their home. He claims that they "did not understand [his] YouTube career, and what it's all about." He began staying at various hotels in his native New York, but was soon living in Denver, Colorado.
Since late 2015, however, Shoenice's online career has been on the decline, due to a combination of addiction, scamming, and self-sabotage.
One Reddit post popularized a video that alleges that Shoenice stole artwork from a thumbnail creator:
After discovering he had been called out, he used an army of sock puppets to defend his actions in the comments section.
Health Issues
Shoenice has Crohn's disease. This is caused by inflammation of the intestines, typically by food or bacteria. It doesn't take more than two brain cells to discover the root of his illness.
Regardless of the cause, Shoenice claims that the only cure for his Crohn's is a big ol' helping of ganja. Ironically, he tends to support politicians that want to criminalize his "medication."
"Philanthropy"
After supplying two future jihadis with US food rations, Shoenice decided that he would be the one to end world hunger. While this may have started out as a genuinely heartfelt gesture, eyewitness accounts claim that Shoenice is typically seen begging for drug money rather than, you know, food for starving children.
