He's not a lesbian. Sorry. You can call me an A-log but Chris isn't a lesbian. He's a straight man who likes to play dress up. And he doesn't support gay rights. This is just like everything he does; completely self serving, something which he thinks will get him china.
Chris can bury his head in the sand and and deny it all he wants, but that's the truth as I see it.

Bullshit, Chris doesn't care about equal rights or any of that jazz. Lesbian soul aside, Chris is still a dumbass hick who hates what he fears and fears what he doesn't understand.
HRC is a lobbying organization and, as such, is forced to make pragmatic decisions based on what it is possible to push through a recalcitrant legislature, not what it would do in an ideal world.

I can't help but think of this
While the most we will see out of Chris is slacktivism like this, it's still 100% for Chris so he's doing what part he will for it. I see no reason not to commend him on this.
Sadly, while a noble sentiment and I do commend Chris' stance, I can't shake the feeling that Chris is only acting benevolent to make himself look like a better person to someone or some group. He doesn't understand the concept of doing or saying something just out of the goodness of his heart.

Agreed, but I think it's something more along the lines of: See yur honor, I posted all those things and helped that kid fight da evil jerkops and am for gay marriage. I'm innocent and dat evil gamestop jerk had it coming so let me go and tell them to unban me from there store!!
Eh, Chris is genuinely afraid of the outcome of this trial, but he's really only prepared to sit there nervously while the judge/prosecution bestow whatever punishment they see fit. He knows he has shit all control over the situation. He just sees it as a bad thing that's happening to him that he has no control over.
