I was looking at some of recent images of Chris where is hair is really long now, and I can't help but think that he has some Scandinavian (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland) in him. What do you guys think, could there be some Viking in Chris?

Possibly. We wont really know though because chris has only given us false info that barb fed him about his family tree.

Looks entirely Anglo to me. Who are descended from Saxons, who are close to Nords, so yeah. His closest Nord relative might be quite a few branches away.

Nope; both surnames-Weston and Chandler-are thoroughly Anglo-Saxon.

I'm not going to go with the last names, due to any female offspring would take one the husband's last name. It's very possible that the Chris has Scandinavian ancestry that got mixed in with Anglo-Saxon. For example, Chris's Grandmother on his mother's side could have been Scandinavian (for example her last name could have been Ericson), but married and took the last name of a man whose last name was Weston.

If it's because of his hair colour, that's courtesy of the Wal*Mart hair salon. Most Americans have very wide, textured bloodlines, but Scandinavian doesn't appear often. The common ancestry in America is: Irish, Scots-Irish, Scottish, Dutch, German and English, and then of course the dubious Native American claims everyone makes. I think it's harder to find Swedish (in particular) as an ancestry because of how close-knit and elitist Swedish families were back in the early-20th century. And the other Scandinavian ancestries get easily overshadowed by other ancestral traits.

Nah it's not the hair color, he just looks a little Viking-ish, at least to me anyway

The Native American claims aren't really as dubious as you'd think. It's pretty common in the south to actually have had indian heritage. It's usually a few percent, which comes out to be something like having a great great great grandparent who was indian? In that neighborhood, anyway.

Some trollette should introduce him to Black Metal or Power Metal, depending on how he reacts further conclusions could be drawn.

I don't really see anything Scandinavian about him. Maybe you're subconsciously thinking of the Mylar Balloon guy from Denmark who bears a striking resemblance to Chris? But yeah, anyone can grow out their hair long and dye it blonde, but it doesn't make them have Scandinavian features. Plus, Chris himself identifies mostly with his Irish/Scottish/English side (like in the video he made with the kilt), and his possible Native American heritage (he talks about this all the time).

My maternal grandparents are Swedish. *yawn*

Also I'm pretty sure much of the American Midwest was pretty densely populated with Scandinavian immigrants.

Chris is pure Scots-Irish white trash, plain and simple.
