There are so many things to consider and so many ways to look at this. I think Gail might be helping Jace alot by maybe "forcing" him to take his medication, or making him follow a somewhat normal routine, three meals a day or whatever, that would help him in so many ways (I might have missed something here). The routine and the inclusion to a "normal" life may in some way be really helpfull. And I'm talking about the basics, not the cult meetings or whatever bullshit agenda Pastor Faggot is enforcing, but a breakfast - fresh air - basics. The middleground between GAMERCOTTAGE and GAILS EMBRACE is the sweet spot, but there are so many factors. I would not say Gail does nothing to help her son. She might be one of many things that keep Jace here with us.
I finally got around to viewing this episode and I am completely blown away by how absolutely insane Gail truly is. I can't even imagine living in a household like that.
