When was Chris at his most pathetic in your mind?

For me it was his begging, groveling and kowtowing to Max/BlueSpike during the whole Julie Reveals Herself vid. Just how he would do or say ANYTHING to Max/BlueSpike to keep him from selling his PSN content and still have Julie come to his house. He just had no self respect and was totally pathetic in every sense of the word.

When he thought Clyde Cash was coming to his house and he hid behind a pile of plushies. He may or may not have shit himself in the process, I don't quite recall. It was the reaction of a toddler to the monster under his bed. The fact that he was in his late twenties at the time makes it a rather saddening event.

Taking a blowup doll into public for a date. Not humping it naked in his own room, because some people do that and voluntarily post it online. But going into public and having a date, definitely. If not that, at least his most pathetic has to come from his Tom Girl stage, when he seems to be suffering the full effects of being chewed up by the internet over the years. Wal-Mart dressing room, digging up Patti, any and all of it. He used to look a little normal (until he spoke or acted), but the Tom Girl stuff is an absolute flag to any stranger.
He kind of reminds me of that Ted Rall comic when he hit the Tom Girl stage. When they let him out, he had shit himself, was traumatized, was never the same again and seemed to be mildly retarded after that.
That story reminds me of Chris. He was different in the beginning, but I have to believe the internet chewed him up and spit him out. If it all hadn't happened like it did with the divine intervention from the internet, I believe he would be different. Sure, probably still a leech sucking on America's tit, but just not so damaged.

To me when Chris is or was most pathetic. Im sorry to say but i think he is most pathetic now. He is just repeating himself how lonely and depressed he is and he cant let go from the past. He doesnt make any sonichu and no im not one of those people who constatly say make more sonichu . What else ahh plus he blames everyone everything else and he never learns and he seems to be at hes low points right now. Im kinda asking myself can Chris sink any lower then he is now and i have to say ,,,, yes he can , its Chris we are talking about here and lastly to me personally he starts to get little boring and repetetive to. Thats all i have to say now .

It's a tough choice but to me I think it's Chris' complete refusal/inability to grow up. He doesn't even seem to be consciously aware of it, a couple years back he referred to himself as a teenage boy at the age of 28 and not long ago he called himself a yound adult in his tweets despite being 31.

Someone else brought up how Chris probably isn't even aware of the passage of him since he almost literally does nothing most days so has very few markers to keep track of the passage of time outside of major holidays. I was unemployed for 6 months after I graduated and it was horrible, individual days became meaningless as they just blended together. I struggle to even imagine what it must be like to do that for a period over 10 years. He appears to be slowly advancing his own age but it seems for Chris High School and PVCC are always only a few years ago because that was the last time he truly did stuff on a regular enough basis that his days were memorable.

Over 10 years of wishy washy days mixed together with notable events few and far between. What a waste.

I don't really blame him for being so slow and naive that he'd think it was a good idea. His childhood was probably filled with old 1940s notions of kids starting up lemonade stands, printing their own newspapers and becoming newsies, and other things that look amusing in "Our Gang" but would rapidly grow annoying in real life. And really, at least he was doing something, even if it was something stupid. He's fallen far lower since then.

Now that's arguably pretty pathetic, to think that actual investors and actual venture capitalists would be interested in funding merchandise based on a shitty Sonic recolor. But look at how much energy he has then compared to now. At least then he was still putting in some effort into life - coming up with a business proposal and sales pitch (however half-assed and unrealistic), making supporting arguments, trying to reach out to business contacts, etc.

Now, he can barely be bothered to roll over and crap out a self-pity post on Facebook on his iDevice. That's far more pathetic than he ever was in the past.
