Also, I'm just wondering, how come the menu button and the back button are the same button? Is this just because of RPG Maker, or is it possible to make the two separate?

That's how RPG Maker controls the menu screen. It's possible to change it, but it's complex to do so and not worth the effort.

Kitchen's gotten a big makeover. I found some really nice sprites to work with that were made by Ranger of starmen.net for the counter, stove, fridge, and cabinets.
