Question for the more tech savvy members here: I tried adding this gif:

And I can merge the two together just fine, but every time I try to upload the image, the snow won't animate, except in the little window that pops up when you go to change your avatar. I've tried resizing the base image to be under 192 pixels, but nothing I do can get it to animate once I upload as my avatar. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Any help I can get to solve the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, I found out what the issue is. Props to @AnOminous for pointing out why the gif won't work as an avatar.
