To be fair, male animals lactating isn't unheard of. Male goats are known to produce milk. However, those are a completely different type of ungulate.
I've been lurking this thread since I first created it, and Pheromoos are by far the stupidest closed species I have seen. They're literally just cow fursonas, with their sole gimmick being centered around a lactation fetish. At least Dainties had flashy stockings and could breed with pretty much anything, like a Ditto in satyr form.

I used to see the whole 'use in comics and in roleplay' thing was more in the early 2010s on DeviantArt. First learned about adoptables actually when a comic I was reading when I was younger mentioned they adopted the design of the character from someone.
Now using an adoptable in a comic is borderline impossible due to the overdesigned nature of most of them.
Also, "some artists might charge more for commercial use" what the fuck? You are literally selling a character design. There shouldn't be more to that as you don't own that design after you sell it.

Oh, god. This reminds me of Milkstuds. I'm surprised I haven't seen them mentioned here.

Fortunately, while it seems like the owner of the deviantART deactivated due to Eclipse a year ago, it turns out the Furaffinity still has the info page (archived below under journals), so the most hilarious shit was not lost. There's a lot of weird content in there, but if you're too lazy to read all of it, here's some highlights:
- Seme/Uke-style hermaphrodite harem mpreg, even including "almost all females went extinct", Yaoi High sorta deal. There are apparently still a few female Milkstuds, but they're incredibly rare. Imagine a/b/o, but it's all (literal) cow boys, and basically no women.
- The more "masculine" ones are called "Milkdaddies" and the more "feminine" ones are called "Dairyqueens". There's also Switches who can do both roles.
- All of the cow boys can produce milk, and the "flavors" were natural. So some of them could just produce strawberry milk.
- They're aliens from another planet. Hence the group's name. But even better, the planet's name is Smexiion 47.
- Very vivid descriptions on what it's like when they enter in "heat", including "the Dairyqueen's dick turns into a vagina".

Here's the Toyhou.se group (archive), skeleton of the deviantART group (archive), and the Furaffinity main (archive), gallery (archive), and journals (archive) pages. I've also archived what remains of the deviantART gallery.

There's also a discord, but upon snooping around, there wasn't much to see. Activity is very low and there isn't really anything too funny in there.

It's mostly just typical, yaoi furry fair, but it was... odd to see an entire closed species revolving around these concepts. Apparently these things were very expensive, too. So there were girls literally spending actual cash on some yaoi cows, when they could just write weird fanfics for free.

I think some artists know exactly what they're doing, and are counting on their target audience to have zero business sense or understanding of ownership rights. After all, these people are "selling" kids what is essentially just discount fanart commissions that the artist already drew, without formally transferring any legal copyright to the fanart's new "owner". If the buyer is just going to sit on her bed and make up stories about her new imaginary friend, then sure, whatever, "buy" my adoptable, sucker! But if there's some prospective business potential, then it's no longer a case of "selling an adoptable"; now the artist is licensing their character, and the kid needs to pay royalties.

Shorter update than usual, mostly because some stuff happened and I was too busy to archive it/do a write up, and then it got deleted.

At some point, somebody dropped a couple leaks of Fishstick's private server. This was mostly messages proving that Fishstick was more of a piece of shit than anyone realized, and was bullying minors from her server, as well as making fun of her partner for having a BPD meltdown in her DMs. This was all corroborated by the user Trunks, who made a bulletin (Archive) explaining how Fishstick, Sal, and Atom were all involved in acting horrible in the server. Fishstick ultimately blew a lot of her friends off in favor of Atom, which is a running theme in drama involving her.

Oddly enough, despite the fact that Fishstick helped with Atom's callout... Atom has been completely removed off of Fishstick's blacklist. Sal, of course, remains. (Archive) Which just goes hand-in-hand with her cozying up to Atom in order to receive his more expensive designs.

Atom has turned twenty-one and is going by the names "Anton" (after Anton Drexler from the NDASP) "Crowley" and is claimed to be sobering up. The minor and him shared a Toyhouse account by the name of 'foul' that was closed. This was presumably by the admin due to ban evasion. While I have no screenshots of the ‘foul’ account, the icon is the OC ‘Stockholm’ as from this post. And here is the Mignyan blacklist, proving that the ‘foul’ account was connected to Atom.

After the fact that it leaked that Fishstick was still talking to Atom, she abandoned her account with a bulletin claiming to be going to see a therapist and being a "better person." I don't have the full screenshot of this and I can't find it anywhere (Edit: Thank you @basement bread ) but it's basically her saying that she's going to be a better person and have OCs privately and all of that shit.

I guess getting a therapist and being a "better person" was a lie. To tie this back with Atom, I'm surprised that these people (especially Mortician) are still friends with Fishstick after she betrayed them. But if I had to go by private proof, I'm guessing they knew that she was friends with him.

I may update this post if anything else interesting happens, but as of now, this is the drama to this point. I also thought about moving this to the Toyhouse thread, but I felt like it needed to stay here for consistency (and the fact that both Atom and Fishstick were well-known members of CS communities.) After what happened to the original Toyhouse-dramas blog, I'd rather keep it all in one place for easy access. Thank you.

Not sure what came first - the fact that Mortician's still friends with Fishstick/dimitrescu (as @Mountain Dew has posted), or the thdramas post revealing Mortician was still in contact with Sal. Either way, after either fact, big artists like Koidrop has added Mortician to their blacklist because nobody likes Atom's circle (there were apparently a few more blacklists, but I'll have to dig for 'em). There was an initial bulletin that Koidrop posted about updating their blacklist, alas I was a little late.

If association with Sal + Fishstick doesn't count for anything, Mortician's in hot water for design/character flipping & persistently begging other users for character trades. If you're unfamiliar with flipping, it means buying a character at some value, then turning around to sell it for higher (i.e. let's say you buy for $10, then it gets sold for $100, without any added value like art, etc). I'm not going to PL because I've seen this firsthand, but if you go by the posts, it seems like Mortician has done this enough times to earn a few thdramas anons.

Great writeup on Mortician. I know for a fact that several other popular artists such as Lysandrecafe and ryu241 had blacklisted them. I’m on mobile right now, but Lysandrecafe made a bulletin that basically said ‘if you’re associated with these freaks, fuck off.’

Mortician was also banned/blacklisted from closed species involving these artists. I’m not sure if this would get them blacklisted from the dainty community, as they offered to help Sal ban evade, but Sal never actually transferred the character to them at all. I know that dainties doesn’t really blacklist people until it becomes a bad business move for Pajuxi to continue having them in the species.

Even so, Mortician is as good as a leper. I don’t think many people will want to interact with then anymore. They’ll probably do what Fishstick did. Post a long bulletin explaining “that they’re working on themselves” and run away to a new account, yet not feel any remorse except for the fact they got caught.

Edit: I forgot to mention, but archiving Toyhouse is a bit fucky because it won't work with profiles that have guestblock on. I use archive.md for stuff that isn't restricted and then screenshot to fill in the blanks.

True, I don't think you get banned solely by association, but it might be an exception with the Atom/Sal/Fishstick circle. Lysandrecafe seems to assume their CS and personal blacklist one and the same, so maybe we'll be seeing some blacklist updates as more info comes out.

IIRC Mortician actually moved from their previous account right around the time and because of the whole Atom/Sal situation, possibly due to fear that they're going to get dragged into being cancelled. Bit of a tinfoil hat moment here so bear with me, but I have a suspicion that Mortician was involved in the whole bullying-InkGlitter-Fishstick's-server debacle. I just briefly fished this out from @/trunk's bulletin post where they cleared stuff up about the server shenanigan and this particular bit caught my eye.

Hopefully this time round they won't allow their mom to follow them around.

I think she listed her pronouns solely due to the fact a lot of profile templates just say "put your pronouns here!", normie ("normie") adults usually don't bat an eye on it and list them anyway. Regardless, I'm very intrigued to hear how their dinner conversation went.

Some updates - let me know if this should be put up as an ETA, but who would've guessed? Mortician's already running away (Archive). In fact someone else archived the page for me before I could, so someone out there has a grudge of some sort - or wants to have a laugh. As you can expect from a toyhouse furry overwhelmed with what was coming to them but doesn't quite want to own up, the leaving/"apology" note's pretty standard. No addressing their contact with Sal or Fishstick/Bride, no explanation of the upselling/design flipping. Pretty sure the whole mom's-loli-diaper-oc thing embarrassed them as well.

I staked out Mortician's storage/selling account Mincemeat last night, and noticed that they've changed the prices for some of them (lowering them down - probably due to fear of any more upselling accusations). Initially I wanted to write about the upselling, but then realized that I would have to hunt down the ownership logs for each one. If you want to do some detective work and if you're keen enough to spot it, some characters in their possession have been obtained through trade then sold, or was upsold for far higher prices - something taboo in the community.

In any case, it looks like Mortician's built up quite a few grudges against them. The anons just came out all at once, so I guess they can't handle the barrage of it. These were all posted within 24h, though there's no telling on how old they are since the thdramas mod queues the posts.

Then someone dropped this off - clearly someone who was either not a huge fan of Mortician, Bride/Fishstick, or both, about how Mortician and Bride/Fishstick are actually dating while 17 and 19 respectively. While I personally do not give a fuck about the "age gap", it confirms at least that Mortician has been talking while Bride/Fishstick has been in hiding - a nail in the coffin for Mortician's reputation. Again, someone had archived it before I did. In any case, looks like anon's quite eager to smear some dirt.

Somehow, I have a very good feeling that this is just Bride/Fishstick's ex - but we'll see. Or maybe we won't.

Unfortunately, I'd have to disagree with you here. This was someone's legitimate mother that was allowed into Discord servers with teenagers as young as 15-16. I feel bad for her a bit because it's clear that Mortician and Fishstick enabled this behavior, and now she's getting heat on some random adoptable website... but at the same time, I can't really feel too bad when she has art like this with her characters.

If it's true that Fishstick wrote both the Atom and Sal callouts (and subsequently became friends with them afterwards for their designs) then I can see why Mortician's mom flew under the radar for so long.

Unsuprisingly, he has more art from Fishstick that was clearly drawn after his callout surfaced. This definitely cements the fact that Atom and Fishstick were talking for awhile after the callout- and that Fishstick wasn't manipulated/guilted/abused et cetera.

Atom having his own socials linked proves that he is not sharing his artfight account with his victim. The victim, for those who are new, is named Ashton and has been in contact with him for a year or more. Before Ashton got blacklisted from all major closed species, she ban evaded for Atom by having Atom "gift" her all of his designs (officially under the closed specie's masterlists) and them "sharing" a Toyhou.se account. Ashton has stated multiple times that she is not in contact with Atom anymore, and that can be found in my previous posts.
