It's not a career, but pet-sitting can be parlayed into some filthy lucre if one is dedicated enough. Enough to live on, in any case. Of course, that requires some effort-- getting bonded, training, developing desirable and useful skills (taking care of special needs animals, for example), and building a clientele-- which is not going to happen on Colt's watch, so I guess not.

I think it’s just that we set everything out clearly, so she can’t retcon her opinions. Anyone here can clearly see her go from “I have to go to Cali” to “In a relationship, so glad it’s happening!” to “There were red flags from the start,” in the space of a week.

I think there’s also the narcissistic injury factor. She likes being a brave suffering trans man uwu whereas we both see through and are not obliged to play along with her bullshit.
