Shelters are still trying to do new intakes, but the demand was already overwhelming resources before covid, and now more people need the services due to increased abuse situations and the services come a lot more slowly because less people are allowed to work in general. So the preexisting bottleneck of homeless to shelters has gotten astronomically worse. Domestic violence victims are literally being offered tents for emergency shelter.

The city of Portland has set up outdoor selter-camps, with specific ones for queers and brown people, which would be her best bet, but still requires her to be processed in a timely manner.
If she can't find another mark, then she's most likely looking at living outside, if she wants to stay in Portland. Luckily for her, the rainy season is almost over.

I only tracked her on FB, so I have no idea if she is active on Tumblr or Deviant Art or other lolcow habitats. I suspect the attention she got from her latest Portland grifts was too much for her?

2. I have been out of the Kiwi loop for a while, can somebody explain what exactly happened with her and that delivery person? Sounds like somebody bought her groceries just to be nice, then she blocked them on FB for no reason? Is this some type of scam by Colt? Was she taking advantage of some gig economy loophole? I just didn't get how it worked, as I am not a professional scammer so some of these cows are hard for me to grasp.

It's really too bad that we may not get more detail on Colt's PDX adventure.
