Unfortunately, this is only half the battle. It's one thing to reduce one's time or footprint on social media. It's another to use the time away to better one's self in a meaningful way. Unfortunately, Colt hasn't been able to do the latter for any sustained period of time. How many times in this thread does it look like Colt finally has a clue about improving their life only to backslide into their bad habits a short time later? Even with Colt's surgery, they finally had the body they wanted but they didn't take care of themselves and they look worse than they did pre-surgery.

As much as it'd be nice for Colt to reduce their internet footprint and figure out how to be a respectable member of society, I don't think that's going to happen quite yet.

This isn't too surprising. TBF, it may be difficult to get through today's internet-based society without any sort of social media interaction. However, I'm not surprised Colt is on FB again -- possibly with a new account. Colt needs social media to try to find connections in their city of choice (and potential roommates to grift from stay with) and secondarily for asspats/validation.

Given how many people Colt has alienated all over the US, I'm not surprised that they've abandoned and/or deleted multiple accounts and created new ones with slightly different variations of their name in an attempt to distance themselves from all the bridges they've burned elsewhere. After all, if anyone from Colt's past could find them on social media now, I'd imagine they'd be very eager to call out Colt and their shitty behavior both as a roommate and in general.

That said, how does one have to teach themself to recycle better? You take your sugarwater jugs out of your room, and go put them in the bin. IIRC, you don't even have to sort recycling in either Seattle or PDX; everything goes into one bin.

I do think it's funny that problems in Troonland include wearing too much perfume and not recycling correctly, rather than say skipping out on rent, being chronically unemployed, and having untreated mental illnesses. 1. If you're legitimately being physically abused, file a police report you twat.
2. So go hit up these alleged 'friends and community in the PDX area'
3. SSI isn't stable. The max payout per month is about $800 and you only get that if you're severely mentally retarded or handicapped and it usually goes to the caregivers who are with them day to day. It comes with a ton of strings attached and differs based upon how much you work: https://www.ssa.gov/ssi/text-income-ussi.htm I make way more than Colt ever will and won't pay more than $600 for a room because anything else will eat into my other expenses and I actually want to save some money. If Colt even gets a room close to $700 that's leaving less than $100 of disposibole income for utilities and just to live.

Yeah, I think the reason some people (myself included) have had the occasional glimpses of hope is that she has cycles that are slightly different from other ratking members we follow. Her cycles can include moments of near-clarity and a language of "self-accountability", "growth", "job search", and just all the right buzzwords that we just don't ever hear from Toren, Jake Alley, Zinnia, Luke Lockhart, etc. A lot of the cows I follow are much more "straightline" in their behavior and a "cycle" is hard to discern. It's the same shit every day. However, with Colt it's more like "same shit every two months". It can give an illusion of hope that then shatters due to her own behavior.

And, yes, the cycle always comes back around and drops her off back at Square One.

Glad to see she didn't truly DFE though! I could have sworn I searched on "Colt Issac" as I did a bunch of combos of names, so I wonder if she had it hidden for awhile or something? Oh well, glad it was found. Very limited activity that I can find so far, but she did start posting in a group called "frogspotting". She also claims to have a partner, but I can't find anything further.

I knew Seattle would be a disaster due to costs, and am not surprised she is taking another swing at PDX. But it's not that cheap there either.

I have to admit I've gained a bit of compassion for her love of Portland. I'll never go there probably, but I experience the same thing with Montreal. It is genuinely a heaven for me and it's a dream for me to live there, and so I can totally empathize with her Portland love. And hell, I even support her want to live there.

There's a difference though between committing to a new life in a new city and basically just using it as a blind to vanish your cluster B defects and general toxic traits. For me the MTL thing has been almost a decade in the making and with me committing to a job in the Canadian army, a relocation to that promised land looks very possible (in due time, of course). But Clit will just forever be determined to live the Nomadic loser life but with extra steps. It almost seems like she knows she needs to commit to something, but just chooses not to, and it's kinda sad really.
