In terms of cow watching, I've always considered her a female, because she acts like one, and because her trans nb identity was an obvious manifestation of her bpd and whatever form of mental retardation she suffers from.
In terms of dating, I'd never consider her a female. I wouldn't consider her a male either, because she never was, but I still wouldn't consider her a woman as a dating option.
