I will never understand why these people want to go to emergency clinics for suicidal thoughts and such and treat it like a vacation. I've done it twice in my life (which was only in the lowest of times) and I know I sure as hell didn't want to go to that hospital/clinic thing unless absolutely forced to. That shit is terrifying.

As a former Job Corps student I can tell you right up if she tries to pull any of her crazy shit they'll terminate her the same day. There's a zero tolerance policy. They won't give her special accomadations, either. She'll be sharing a room with three other people.
Wow. The hearts and everything, I think so many of these BPD-ers who decide they have dysphoria are actually dealing with the fact that they're splitting on how much they like themselves. Sometimes they love who they are, sometimes they hate who they are. What they don't realize is that when they transition, that's the thing that isn't going to change. So sometimes it's going to be "omg I love my beard I'm so great everything is good and even though life won't be perfect I'm going to be doing so well," and the other times, it's "I hate myself and want to die and I'm worthless and I've fucked up my body and life."
You can't run away from who you are, even by making large cosmetic changes.
