Okay, it's a bit of a stretch to say that makes CoH institutionally transphobic, but I can see how that could be a problem given the userbase. Were there complaints about her? Was she able to stay professional around the service users or did she--

If COH was even half as bad as Colt is making them out to be, it should be a huge relief that he won’t have to deal with them anymore.
I notice he accuses them of not being trans friendly, but he never has any examples to back this claim up. Don’t they help troons gain access to hormonal therapy and shit? Although I guess any place unwilling to put up with Colt’s suicidal temper tantrums isn’t trans friendly in his book.
This is the tenth time in two month that Colt has pulled the suicide card; and is exactly why a lot of medical practitioners in general don’t want to deal with cluster b types. Can’t say I blame the mother for not wanting to visit.

The whole “it’s not me, it’s my BPD” thing pisses me off no end. It’s not a disability, it’s a fancy name for being a prick. Maybe it comes about because of stuff that happened in your life, but that doesn’t mean it’s not your responsibility to deal with it. That’s like saying, “I’m lazy, but it’s not my fault - I was a spoilt child!”
Sure Colt, people with BPD deserve just as much support as anyone else professionally and emotionally. I can get behind that.
Thing is, though, the BPD means you demand much more support than anyone else. You're not asking to be treated like everyone else, you're asking for so much more. Most people aren't as demanding of attention, engagement and support as people with BPD are; your neediness is nigh-infinite.
There may be suggested reading Colt wants people to do to 'understand' her better. I'd suggest anyone just read her Facebook posts for the last couple of months and you'd get a very good idea how a person with BPD - and no desire to get better - behaves.

Speaking of her parents...she unfriended them on Facebook. Her mom changed her cover photo from Colton in the marching band uniform to her and her friend.
Depressed people often have chronic suicidal thoughts, too, but they're usually more ashamed about it.

Well, BPD and substance abuse are generally comorbid, so I'm not shocked. Being a drunk would also explain Colt's spheroid proportions.

Damn, I feel really bad for his mom- ya know? The deeper this rabbit hole goes, the more I can’t help but empathize with Colt’s relatives who have to put up with his nonsense.
I’m starting to wonder if his possible alcoholism is partially to blame for the strained relationships; I can’t say 100% he’s an alcoholic since I get the feeling he was trying to mooch off the rehab Center.
