I don't think thats him, as flimsy as it sounds there was a video where he briefly (and I'm assuming mistakenly) shows his hand for a split second and it was black, I don't think hes committed enough to grab a black friend and have him hold a copy of a game for a split second in a video.

There are probably other ways he could have achieved that effect for the sake of a running joke. (I haven't seen shit so I am purely speculating)
