''Conservative youth'' are ridiculous -

Teens and people in their very early 20's who haven't even entered the workforce as a full time worker are blindly supporting ultra conservative ideology in the last few years. I hear them using the ''Socialism is great, until you run out of peoples money'' quote constantly - I'd like to see them pay a fucking ''poll tax'' then. They are too young to understand that there are many types of conservative governments and not every type is economically beneficial to people, you could end up with authoritarian conservatism for example and end up paying half your paycheck to the government. These guys don't seem to care, they'll blindly support it regardless.

I see them supporting draconian laws on abortion as well when most of them are not even married. It's very rare actually to see married men (apart from the Muslim countries) supporting harsh abortion laws as that could carry over on their spouse if they need to terminate something like a ''downs pregnancy'' or some other disastrous medical anomaly. Married men can certainly be opposed to abortion but they're rarely advocating for bans and extreme penalties like these youths.

Who would have imagined that shoving degeneracy and trannies in the faces of young people would cause a backlash after a decade or two that might go too far the other direction? If only there were some kinds of historical examples or something...

Imagine wanting a normal life instead of being a rainbow haired faggot who brags about castration and how many babies they have prevented from entering the world

The rainbow haired trans-nonbinary-123 different genders is yet another pathology from the ''Gen Z'' generation.

Millennials who came of age or were teens in the 2000's never acted like this. The freakiest you got was ''bisexual''. This retardness is coming from Gen Z as with the other end of the spectrum of ''blindly conservative''.

Funny, I see plenty of people up to their late 50s focusing on the same things.

Just admit you're a sour milk old fuck and move on with your day. There are dumbasses in every single generation.

I'm Millennial born. My generation was not into to this kind of stuff on a mainstream scale. I feel as a whole Millennial's were also much less race obsessed than Gen Z. We did not go around thinking every white person is a potential racist either.

I disagree. I see a lot of people in that age bracket focus on that aspect as well as people considerably older. It's become common enough to hear people voice their opinions on this even at work. I suppose a lot of it has to do with where you live and the type of community your surround yourself in.

I try to look at these aspects from a more individualist approach rather than branding entire generations or sub-groups of people, because I know it's not that black and white.

You seem to be referring to an equivalent phenomenon on right-wing media (which I'm not privy to). I just think it's really weird how conforming Gen Z is when it comes to politics. I'd expect to see mass protests on the lockdowns considering how bad it hurts new workers, yet if anything young activists were the ones driving the lockdowns.

My theory is that thanks to social media, it's really easy for older activists to make an impression on high schoolers and undergrads. Adding on that antisocial freaks are more powerful than ever on the Internet, and that's how you get masses of crazed Gen Z activism.
