You know, that's just as well said. I ain't absolving the mistakes of the generations before, certainly. At some point however, mass ignorance ceases to be a viable excuse for me as I survey our schools and colleges over the past decade and just can't bring myself to care for the idiots who let themselves gorge on that crap.
