No, I don't think he hates himself. He pretends to be self-hating to pull on his audience's purse-strings. And I don't think he's cucked to his audience either, he can literally retire tomorrow and disappear off the face of the planet to some remote island and never have to think about his stupid cult-members ever again. Nyk is a narcissist and a GAMP-turned-AGP, he's literally in love with himself as a woman. I think he's rather proud of the fact that he's able to bullshit millions of people into making him a multi-millionaire with his trans-LARP. What he hates is that he can't come out and be openly proud and unabashedly narcissistic about what he's done, and revel in the fact that he's able to manipulate the masses with literally no push-back at all. It's the mordicum of decorum that is expected of him that he really hates.

I was watching Philosophy Tube’s first post-“transition” live stream the other day. I had missed the first part cause I didn’t realize it was broken up in to two streams. (The first stream crashes apparently.)
But it was really something to see Olly sitting there literally unable to stop smiling. You can see plain as day that he’s ecstatic and incredulous that he actually pulled off this ridiculous grift. The “superchats” (that’s financial donations with a comment attached if you are unaware) are coming in just one after the other and he literally can’t keep up with them. He tells everyone to “calm down” several times but again he keeps trying not to smile but can’t help himself. It does give off major duper’s delight vibes.
He talks about the success of the Identity video in nakedly bottom line terms - view counts, his new Laydee name trending on Twitter, etc. There’s nothing about being scared of acceptance, or how stressful it all is in TRANSPHOBIC Britain or whatever. It’s duper’s delight, cash, attention, ego strokes. 4:35 stands out in terms of the smug smiling etc but it’s really throughout this 9 minute video.
And I know we have an Olly thread now I just wanted to put this here because of the discussion about Contra’s glee at scamming his cult. At least Contra kind of devised his scam himself, fucking Olly just ripped it off from Contra lock, stock, and barrel. Hasn’t done anything verifiable in the way of transition either.
