Nyk went on the "Why Is This Happening?" podcast. The description claims it'll be a look into how he crafts his videos, I doubt I'll listen since I can't stand his voice.

WTF is wrong with his chin? It's like it has horizontal "folds"(?!), kinda like fabric forming mounds on a surface.
@Otterly any idea what could be happening to that chin? What's causing those "folds"? He's had FFS, in case you didn't know, and had his chin and his jaws sand-papered, supposedly to look more "feminine" with a more "feline-shaped", more triangular face.

Not entirely sure what Contra had done, but an osseous genioplasty or a mandibular osteomy can reduce the size of the chin - but it's not really doing anything about all the soft tissues associated. You're reducing the size of the bones but not taking any of the stuff that was anchored on the bones away, so it can sag like a deflated balloon. You can see it in the FAQ of this FFS surgeon; there's mitigation measures like judicious sutring (or allegedly a hilotherm mask, although afaik that just reduces swelling) but if they don't work and there's skin sagging you basically need a facelift.
I did listen to that Chris Hayes interview that esmeggs posted above. It was pretty boilerplate. One thing that did catch my attention was Contra said he refuses to be pushed off YouTube for being too old because that only ever happens to women, not men. The subtext to me was that we can expect a LOT more plastic surgery.
If only women get pushed off of Youtube for being old then he has nothing to worry about.
