Tell us about it and show pictures of your goals, especially with the pointed ears deal.

Also how do you guys feel about tattoos? I don't even think they are considered controversial at this point but how do you people feel about it? Are you worried that any controversial cosmetics might lower your chances of employment or damage your career?

I personally like pointed ears because I think looking elf like is neat and it's a fairly subdued mod that most people on a day to day basis would over look. Samppa Von Cyborg sort of perfected the whole thing. He's very sought after as a result of it. Ideally if I ever got it done it'd be by him.

Say what you will about Samppa's appearance, he does know how to create a good elf ear.

On another point the ear stretching deal, I'd want to go to an inch max. Any more would be silly for me personally.

Grace Neutral is the first person that comes to mind when I think of tastefully done 'extreme' body mods but that's subjective. I mean, some people think body mods are inherently trashy. I don't get why she removed her belly button though, that's a little on the 'too weird' side for me.

Grace Neutral is very much an aesthetic icon for me. She's very cute and out there but still very feminine.

Another girl I "look up to" in terms of commitment to mods is (or at least used to be) Morgan Joyce (particularly for her chest scarification which she's recently decided to cover up...). In general heavily modified women who are still very feminine are pretty amazing.

In nearly all cases that go any further than a few tattoos or some trendy piercings, it seems (to me) to be the purview of narcissistic and/or mentally unhinged people.

Every so often I want a tattoo but I can never settle on something I think won't look stupid 5 years down the line. Maybe I'm just too old for spontaneous shit like that, IDK.

Here's my list of shit that on any gender says "crazy bitch do not fuck."

~ Septum piercings
~ Green, blue, or purple hair
~ Genital/nipple piercings
~ facial/neck tattoos

Especially clit piercings. Anyone crazy enough to pierce their clit will set your fucking car on fire.
The one thing I'll give you is dyed hair that isn't taken care of.
Someone with well managed hair I'll give a pass but some asshole with fried hair is insane.

On another note I knew someone who gave themselves a genital piercing who also happened to be bat shit insane.

I would say as long as it'll make them feel better then all power to 'em. Though I think people shouldn't worry so much about how their genitals look, unless there was something actually wrong with it.

Speaking of which, guys who get circumcised later in life? Why bother if it didn't happen when you were a baby though, I guess it's better that they can consent? Just seems like a painful thing to do. (circumcised dicks look sad and dry imo)

I think they look really weird and abnormal. I don't know why people think it looks better.

I want to get a tummy tuck, boob lift, arm lift, thigh lift and something to reduce the appearance of my stretch marks. I have dark skin so lasers won't work, will probably get trenitoin. I fucked up my body real bad by gaining weight. I first want to get real beefy, and see how much of the excess skin will filled out with muscle mass first. A body lift seems less extreme than getting a tunnel in your face, but there is a huge risk with it.

It's going to be expensive as fuck. But I don't care if I have wait until I'm 40 to be able to do this.

What about genital piercing? I don't understand why some people would want the most sensitive area of oneself prodded with a needle and pierced. Like why tf do some men get dick rings?
To be honest I think a hoop piercing on the outer labia is kind of cute. Like a nose ring but a cunt instead of, well, a nose. Inner labia and clit piercings though, I don't get it. And I have never seen a dick piercing that is aesthetically pleasing.

Anyways I can maybe understand asshole bleaching if you are a pornstar or camwhore, or even if you are just really anal (haha) about how it looks back there. I'd never do it though. I used nair on my legs when I was a teen and my pores started bleeding after a minute. Sensitive skin I guess. Should have listened to the label telling me to do a spot test.

Oh and I am probably going to be gifted my first tattoo for my birthday so if any of you have tattoos on your ankles can you let me know how they have held up?

I also like the elf ears but I have seen them done horribly

I use this as an example because I know someone who got this done, stupidly, by someone she didn't research. I won't use her pics obviously but it turned out worse than this. Less elf and more the cauliflower ear boxers get.

I've been thinking about getting some really basic tattoo makeup, like filling in patchy parts of my eyebrows or some natural eyeliner or lipliner.
I've been way lazier about makeup recently and I really don't want to look dead on days I don't wear it. I've only met one person who did it though.

I love tattoos (though I think there's a lot of bad tattoos out there that people should not have gotten).
I have a skin disease (not anything dangerous, just obnoxious and looks terrible), so I fully intend to get tattoos to cover it up. Mainly on my arms and bridged across my back. I keep waffling on the design, though, hence why I haven't gotten it yet.
Beyond covering up basic imperfections, I don't really understand modifying one's appearance to such a degree. I understand a boob job (though I don't think they're necessary in 99% of cases), I don't understand genital piercings and gigantic holes in one's face.

The trouble with this is that you have to go to a really great tattoo artist, you're going to be stuck with whatever look you do forever. Vet the artist like hell.

Personally, I don't wear makeup at all. It's too expensive and too much effort to do every single day. (Also I never learned how due to the aforementioned reasons lol.) As long as you're clean and your hair isn't a rat's nest, you're probably okay. You're not meeting the queen of England every day.

Just research who you go to before doing it, the real pros that specialize in make-up tattooing do very good work. One of my good friends got some brow filler tattooed on recently and I would have never known had she not told me and it has saved her time and effort - also no smear worries. She loves it.

I like the idea of eye-liner but I'd be spooked by having needles that close to my eye-balls. I also have darker features (not a blonde) so I've never had to worry about looking washed out if I go sans make-up. Most of the people I know who have done so are happy with it and like you have lighter features so they have "must wear" make-up items (like brows, eyeliner, etc..) that they put on every damn day anyway so it seems like a good idea to me. (Just make sure to do less rather than more, you can always add in more later if you want but having the minimum done is a safe bet and lets you live with it for awhile to see how you like it.)
