She didn't cut into it at the end because under the surface that slop is basically soup. She put WAY too much sauce on. And you use corn tortillas not flour for enchiladas. And you don't stir a bunch of stuff up into a glop for the filling! The food part of this is a zero, but the commentary is golden. That part where her brain seizes up and she says "and I put some cheese in there and let it melt, cuz it's easier on the shusshlotro... n' garlic... what'm I sayin? I dunno." I also like how impressed she is that her pre shredded cheese is a "FIESTA BLEND"! Arriba! Arriba! (guns firing in the air).
