It definitely wasn't an endorsement of what Zoom did but Jim doesn't condemn it either, he just kinda glosses over it and moves on, Jim said "if you were a pedophile I'd imagine there would be more evidence of it". So either Jim doesn't think Zoom is a pedophile or he does and just didn't want Zoom to fuck with him. There's another clip of Jim saying something similar before this but I couldn't find it, I know it's out there somewhere either in this stream or one before it.

I would be super suspect of any screenshots of zoom's bank account balance. For all we know all he did was inspect element to make it look like he wasn't a broke ass, or with only an average amount of money in his account.
