Whatever happened to the images on the corners of certain threads? They've been gone for a while but didn't really think about them until just now. For clarification, I'm thinking of the floating Dobbear that used to float on the Andrew Dobson threads, or "We're so guvking happy!" on Stray Sheep. If they weren't a hassle to put up, I felt like they were a nice touch and we could probably harass people with the parent murdering furry's face chasing people down the page on her thread.

I'm glad this gimmick is gone. Gimmicks are briefly funny while they're gimmicks, but they can quickly overstay their welcome.

Yeah? When you put it that way, it does sound like an old, tired meme that won't go away. Sounds like a pretty valid counterpoint to me, as much as I like the personalized touch.
