A few weeks ago, North Korea decided to build a hospital in an effort to be 'proactive.' Their glorious supreme leader said the task was 'urgent' to combat their whopping 0 infections. They claim instead it's just to commemorate the founding of their nation.

While still denying any presence of COVID-19 in their country, their troops are allegedly dropping like flies to the virus, which doesn't bode well for them since their population is overwhelmingly malnourished and underfed.
