It looks like Chris had been sentenced to 30 days confinement last year, but that sentence was suspended depending on whether or not he upheld the terms of his probation. It looks like the case has been disposed, Chris paid a fine, and that there are no further probationary measures or restrictions placed on his license.

Lady Houligan said:$247 in a fine... no wonder he's been so cranky this month despite the tugboat arriving. That's a good what, 20% of it going to the State of Virginia?

He got off light if you ask me.From his recent behavior and rants on Facebook it's apparent that he's learned absolutely NOTHING from this. In all seriousness, 30 days in jail would probably have made more of an impression and ultimately would have done him more good. He's in dire need of a wake up call.

I'm surprised he hasn't already. Calling the judge a troll having him wake up at a decent hour and whatnot.Thetan said:Cue MOAR Facebook ranting about how that wuss Rob Bell failed Chris and his dear muddah.![]()

I respectfully disagree, I think jail would have made him more bitter and bitchy on Facebook. 30 days isn't long enough for Chris to actually learn something.
