He was probably pretending to be Chris Chan Sonichu as a way to cope with being charged. He signed as that name several times when the charge was initially filed. But months later, when he found out he would only be put on the Therapeutic Docket and get free prizes just for showing up, he reverted back to signing as Christine Chandler.
Yeah, he changed his name to Christine in 2016. Though Chris Chan Sonichu was never his legal name anyway. Weird that they let him sign as that.

He was also signing the section in where he abides by a status of indigency to qualify for a public defender. Indigency basically means poor and needy but is used to refer to the homeless a lot. Maybe he didn't want to admit not being able to afford a proper lawyer using his TRUE & HONEST identity.

That's highly unusual that they let him sign like that. I've never had any legal issues, but whenever I've had to sign documents that get recorded like this (buying property, etc), they've made me sign my full, legal name. Unless Virginia doesn't have this requirement for some reason, I assume that no one did their due diligence and bothered to look at what the clearly retarded man was signing on the document.
