They did mention the stability of the mRNA:
They said it's likely the fragments don't get coded, but they aren't certain due to lack of data on this. I don't think it's as cut and dry as you suggest.
In terms of radiolabeling, and disappearing mRNA, I couldn't find any info on that searching around for 20 or so minutes, would you share that source? Is this what you meant? (from same report)
This seems to be the rodent study that Byram Bridle mentions, it would be interesting to know why rodents aren't a good choice for this safety assessment as he suggests. I wonder if there are any papers explaining why. I know he mentions the "lack of the same receptors, as in humans" but I didn't understand which receptor specifically. (I am referencing the press release video).

They do reduce transmission, at least to an extent. It's not really possible to say how much, because making a controlled study to test that is very, very hard, at least in the US. The UK apparently has human testing approved (i.e. expose people to virus, take them into a room a day later and see if they infect anyone. Do that a bunch of times with and without that person having a vaccine.), but it's not done yet anywhere. I'd guess it's at least a 80% vaccinated to un-vaccinated transmission reduction in young people. I'll provide citations if you want, but they are looking at asymptomatic infection instead, though if you are not infected you can't spread.

Pretty soon 80+ percent will be vaccinated the remaining people will end up having an amazing time when the virus mutates due to environmental pressures partially caused by the vaccinated population creating a stronger strain. We get the benefit to spread a potentially severe disease to you and your family to weed out the weak ridding us of the disease and retards. But this is probably not a big deal since the mutations are just a control tactic utilized by the government. Happy trails frens.
