Since this forum is so efficient at documenting lolcow arrests, have their been enough of them to warrant a repository of Lolcows that have been incarcerated long term?

I'm not as deep in knowledge with historical Lolcows, but even in my time here I've seen at least two get locked up long term.

William Bresch is currently locked up and about to be locked up for a few years, in all likelihood.

Also, Benjamin Barber has already been sentenced to six months but then he jumped bail and is now a fugitive, looking at his probation being revoked and having to serve five years.

And our very own @Heretics on Holiday has been in jail since her failed mass murder plot and probably will get a nice fat sentence.

As far as the original topic goes :
I dunno about a repository / archive since the cows may still merit discussion even after being incarcarated. Maybe a thread tag indicating their inactivity might be appropriate?
Archiving threads means that if there are new developments on the cows, unless a moderator is closely following the cow it's more of a hassle for users to report further development of the cow in a locked thread. If the cows simply stay inactive, they'll sink back to the last pages.

For dead cows use "Slaughtered," for jailed ones used "Fenced In."

Also I think the Ralph Retort guy is going to go to jail. Also Chris is sometimes in jail.
