Yep. Being provocative is how they get more attention and sell more magazines. They'll reach more desperately now that they're no longer in the media spotlight.

Mewtwo I could understand, or hell, even Team Rocket's Meowth, but Lucario at the end of the day is nothing more than a teenage edgelord's furry wet dream. I also just realized upon checking the source that that's actually Lucario's mouth and not a mustache. Now I'm wishing it was a mustache.

And if you have to explain the context of the joke, it's not a good joke (or you honestly believe your audience is too stupid to get it, probably both).

I think we all are. Closest I can think of is The Daily Mail focusing on Nicola Sturgeon and Theresa May's legs (*shudder*) during their first meeting but that has nothing to do with Kate and Camilla.
