I think most people that are really into grindcore just enjoy the noisy, gritty, aggressive feel to the music and find the offensive titles to be funny. I mean, in this genre, you can get the idea of what the song's about just from looking at the title, because the lyrics are usually unintelligble/drowned in the noise. I suppose some young teenagers choose to listen to this type of music to feel edgy, but there's also a selection of people that enjoy grindcore but also enjoy Merzbow (noise), various forms of stoner/doom metal, drone, etc. Some people, myself included, like abrasive and grating sounds in their music. It's not something I listen to all the time, but it's more like a craving I get from time to time.

All songs by The Mentors, All white supremacist rock songs, especially "Angry Aryans" songs. All of Westboro's songs are offensive, but are so stupid to me there's unintentional humor. Before you ask, yes that Westboro, they make parody songs and videos. Actually the Mentors don't offend me because there is at least an attempt at satire, and some of their stuff makes me laugh.

Also there is Johnny Rebel, who was even parodied on the Boondocks, and interviewed by Howard Stern. He calls himself a confederate, needless to say his stuff is offensive, and even though he isn't known for racist music, David Allen Coe, made 2 purposefully offensive records, that are extremely rare, in his case I don't actually think he meant to seriously be a racist, I think those were an attempt at humor, but most people wouldn't realize that just by listening.
