Chris procrastinates, and is more tham willing to go back on his deals, alter them retroactively, or outright steal the money and refuse to put anything out. Crowd funding him is an awful idea.
If you want more sonichu comics, what you have to do is convince him that the comics are more entertaining to him than making amiibos or medalions, and that he could sell people .zips of the comics for a larger amount than the medalions or amiibos, as chris has no concept of profit margins or markups as he only sees the amount of money going into his paypal as profit. Even then the most you'd only get one more comic out of him, 2 if you outright offered china for it, as he'd catch on quickly that some nice blokes uploaded the full comic to the wiki.
If you dangled enough money in front of his face he'd fucking do it. He doesn't want to continue with the series cuz he knows its the reason why he got trolled in the first place. He's not gonna do anything until he can find out how to make it and reverse all the damage the trolls ever did to him. However, having said all that. He is willing to humiliate himself for money. Its why he destroyed his PS3. He knows trolls are buying his medallion and amiibos to make fun of him.... but guess what... he really needs that money. Barb controls how he can spend his tugboat. The paypal money is all his to spend. He could never afford Impulse without it.

The best way to get more Sonichu comics out of Chris would be to deplete all of his other source of craft revenue. That is, once the well of Amiibos, medallions, autographs, and memorabilia dries up make it clear to people that people still want his pictures. Which isn't going to happen for at least a couple of years. Especially if Chris does something really attention-grabbing in the interim.
If you paid someone else to produce the issue, it just might work.
Giving the money to OPL would be just as much of a waste as flushing it down the toilet...used.
He won't EVER make another issue of Sonichu.
No matter how much you paid him. No matter how much he himself wants to make new Sonichu. He will not.
He would take your money, and steadfastly refuse to make any new Sonichu....out of spite.

Did someone seriously make this thread with a serious face, and not expect 99.9999% (with a 0.00001% margin of error) of the money going to go towards Lego playsets?
we could always have a cwcki run system in which the cwcki keeps the money until he publishes (with the exception of a possible 1st payment to indicate that this is legit)

Whilst some of the stuff in the comics is taken from TV shows and Vidya Chris likes, much of it comes from his perception of what happens in his day to day life.
So what would the new issue be about? Would the Jerkops be hunting him for being an empowered tomgirl? Would an evil wizard chance the appearance of the cast unwillingly?
