But Riolu's banishment was caused because he was under straight up police investigation due to the fact that he was practicing kinks on minors. Crystal, as far as we are concerned, keeps this "haha inflating underaged characters!!!" thing online only and Crystal's presence being too small for anyone in actual inflation circles to even acknowledge.
