Well, this is... fascinating? Just in the fact someone dudes enacted their torture fetish/(the cursed w) in a way onto Chris of all people, really shows the desperation. Those two are just dumb, that's as minimal a way as to explain it, to dumb individuals doing the same thing multiple others have, mess with Chris's fantasy. Always found it odd how ‘weak’ all of Chris’ characters actually are. I know this stretches far beyond the realm of role playing with Chris, but most people who role play who have affinity to their character(s) do not allow them harm unless it is consented. As Mayor of CWCville and this other gay dimension where he’s basically omnipotent, you would think Chris would allow his characters, and fuck, even himself to be more impervious to these sorts of threats.

Here you have 9 hours of a completely and utterly powerless Chris allowing a character he ‘cares strongly about’ go through Hell, and all he literally had to do was stop it. I have not read this in its entirety, nor do I have the desire to read more than I have. The most sickening part wasn’t the threat actors, the Idea Guys are fucking cretins, it was the fact that Chris was totally OK with going along with it. Chris is so exceptional that he cannot save his own characters in his own world where he is his own God. He doesn’t give a fuck about anything if anyone.

Chris is the victim of his own cult. He has a nigh religious belief in things that are not real that no sane human being should be assigning real world value to, but to him, he believes in intangible imaginary friends and clings to them fanatically.

What happened here is that some amoral scum who saw his pliable nature and took that to it's sick and depraved conclusion by convincing him they held power over his imaginary world, then they saw fit to torture him with his beliefs for their own gain.

He went along with it for soooo long and was remarkably tight-lipped about it. What's his excuse for falling for this scheme to the tune of $6,000? That he thought it was the real Cwcville, but it turns out it was a fake Cwcville that they were threatening?

When it comes to extortion, the belief doesn't need to be believable by normal standards, just sincerely held.

Chris' on-paper diagnosis wasn't what held this back. Tell a jury that they tormented a gullible autistic manchild, show them a picture of Chris, and then show the video where they had Chris smack himself in his face until he was red and tearing up.
