Cuteo had the privilege of finding these communities pre-Tumblr, where it was a bunch of awkward nerd girls expressing sexual desires in places where they otherwise couldn't. It's actually pretty natural for teenagers to be sexually curious and explore adult stuff. I did. I think probably every single person that's posted or even read this thread sought out porn before they were 18. It's normal.
The thing is, as adults, we don't want to be interacting with these teenagers. If you were underage in adult spaces, before Tumblr, you usually had the good sense to lie about it. Now for whatever reason, since being a minor grants you immunity from criticism in spaces like Tumblr, teenagers are way more open about their age, and then you have adults like Cuteo who MUST PROTECT THE YOUTH AT ALL COSTS by defending teenagers who draw and post sexual artwork of cartoon characters, but lambasting adults who do the same (while being male).
Cuteo's just a giant fujo through-and-through, and will never, ever shake that stigma, as much as she tries to distance herself from it.
Pretty much anyone who isn't amish looked for porn of some kind on the internet as a kid, but I think the issue is more of exposing young and extremely autistic young girls to a genre full of dangerous sex practices, gang rape, statutory rape, sexual abuse and pedophilia, overall an unrealistic and disgustingly skewed picture of gay men and romance, among other extremely inappropriate topics. That's not even get into the fanfiction territory-- that's a whole world of catfucking I think we'd all like to forget.

Because it gets her views/followers/support, and because she was already a generally negative, edgy try-hard in the first place, but there's less backlash when you direct that negativity onto people who are mostly unaffected by it, and could care less (i.e. the majority if the population).
I mean, let's be fair here: Mocking straight/white/heterosexual/cisgender people isn't considered a hate crime for a reason.
Usually they don't even notice. Still, if you actually did things to affect their lives like got them fired from their jobs for their race, they'd develop an interest, and it's illegal.
