REUTERS - The reclusive nation of Rulecwc announced yesterday that its nationwide borders will soon be sealed off completely with massive walls surrounding the entire country.
Rulecwckian state news agency KCWC-TV reported yesterday that the project is 60% complete, with more sections to be added as the rapid population growth continues and tax revenue increases at at an astonishing rate. The Chandler regime commissioned the engineering project last year to the cost of RC$300,000 (US$3,000,000). A spokesman for the Ministry of Engineering told KCWC-TV that the final sections are expected to be laid within the next six to eight months.

Rulecwc is a young nation of which very little is known, save for the efforts of a group known as the CWCki who obsessively document and catalogue every minute detail about Rulecwc and it's enigmatic leader, US-born Christian Weston Chandler. Despite claims of untold personal wealth for its citizens, who benefit from the country's vast natural mineral resources, Rulecwc remains a brutal, totalitarian police state, ruled by the iron fist of Chandler and an elite Stasi-esque secret police force known as the "Secret Hedgehog Police". Bizarre rumours have surfaced about "The Great Director" Chandler, including claims that he drinks a mixture of his own semen mixed with orange soft drink and wears women's clothing while referring to himself as a "tomgirl". Religion of any kind other than Chandler's cult of personality is banned along with Xbox gaming, Burger King (but not McDonalds, strangely enough) Harry Potter and leaving the country without the express permission of the Great Director. "Dating education" is provided along with comprehensive sex ed in schools.
Rulecwc has a small military of only a few thousand soldiers, many of whom are occupied with border patrol - ensuring people stay in and illegal drugs and goods stay out.
