Plus they'll probably have access to lines where Judy does date a Male MC, I think that was mentioned somewhere in here they had audio files for that in the game somewhere... so they could probably add those in at some point too.

Furries. And I don't mean fursuits, but actual people modified to look that way. We all know that if anyone has the autism and free time to implement custom models of any real complexity into the game, its either 4chan or furries, and that Venn diagram is practically a single circle.
MGS V was disappointing to me because there was so much wasted potential there.
CP2077 is disappointing because there's absolutely no potential at all.

At least MGS V had interesting weapons and tons of ways to approach objectives. With Cyberpunk 2077, its basically just run and gun or just used your ungodly hacking to murder everyone
I think CP2077 had tons of potential, and it's wasted in nearly every pore of the game. Night City is both empty and one of the most fun open world spaces I've explored. The characters have pretty strong personalities that made me want more of them. What I wanted from CP2077 was essentially cyberpunk Saint's Row 2 but instead I got a Far Cry game.
Apart from the bad plot my biggest disappointment is how non cyberpunk night city looks. It literally just looks like modern day LA. I know consoomers on reddit are like "hurr during it doesn't have to be dimly lit and dark with tons of neon and rain" but yea it kind of does, setting is important. Would an Elder Scrolls game still be an Elder Scrolls game if it just looked like modern day Suburban upstate New York?

The problem was they wanted to try to get away from Bladerunner and that aesthetic but they didn't really know how to do it. It just looks like LA. It was hard to feel Cyberpunk. Yeah, there were a couple of shitty neighborhoods, but the setting was extraordinarily generic.

the cope that they are using is that thats pondsmith cyberpunk. but you watch every rpg cover and they use the cyberpunk aesthetic that almost everyone has used ever.

I can absolutely see this shit going the way of STALKER. A whole bunch of leaked builds and source code has cropped up for that game over the years. It resulted in A LOT of tribalism. Every slav and their gopnik mothers decided to make a "Stalker alpha"/true real OC donut steal og STALKER. All of them were shit. Because early on it became hilariously obvious why most of the shit from the alpha was cut. Same as with HL2. What we ended up with was STALKER Oblivion Lost. Which a lot of fans with cognitive dissonance scream is the "real" STALKER as the devs intended. When like all alpha mods it's a collection of disparate modders ideas of what the STALKER alpha "should" be based on quarter finished code and rumors from two decades ago. A lot of which conflicts with one another. It's a mess basically.

Mods will probably outlast CDPR itself. Last year they were valued at 10.5 billion USD now they're at 4.8 billion, over 60% of their value gone.
They're fucking dying. If Witcher 4 flops which it will because it's written by the same retards who wrote Mass Effect Andromeda CDPR will either dissolve or sell.

For all their faults GOG is still a very good alternative to Steam (though what they did to Devotion was disgusting and lost them a lot of brownie points). So at the very least, I hope GOG survives.

i just hope for the better assets and modsupport, for a game that sells itself as "mature", the sex scenes are vanilla as fug.

I just started playing RDR 2, and holy shit it is LAUGHABLE at how they thought this would compete in any way shape or form. There's a TON of detail to the world. Like holy shit, walking in the snow in chapter 1, how the environment reacts to your movements, even the bob of the deer's stomach when stowed on your horse. Getting dirty from fights, actual decent crafting mechanics, addicting gunplay, a better skill system, people reacting to how much of a piece of shit you are or how decent you are. I kept getting shit from gang members by making Arthur a decent fella. That NEVER happened in Cyberpunk 2077.
Read Dead 2 is far more immersive and it goes to show the sheer amount of hubris these faggots thought of. There's so much little detail and random encounters that aren't just collecting a random gun or 'go here and do this'. You can save a guy from a wolf, have a shooting competition with a Mexican gunslinger...and these aren't marked on your map. They're just there. You have decent clothing choices, weapon choices. Your HORSE has more customization than any vehicle in the game.
Say what you will about Rockstar, but RDR2 is just gorgeous, the gun play is addicting, the side missions and missions themselves diverse and the story not possessed by some fucking Hollywood actor. Though I kept imagining Arthur Morgan as Michael Rooker haha. But still. Its crazy how Red Dead is actually a better RPG than Cyberpunk, just by virtue of the world reacting to your deeds. To even compare the two is a fucking insult. Oh yeah, and you can actually upgrade your fucking living space.
What they did was definitely worse than EA. They stumbled into good reputation and decided to use that to lie and exploit people. Whatever rep they had is gone and no amount of CDPR Fanboys will change that shit. If they decide to write Witcher 4 with the tards from Canada, they're done. They wiped 60% of their total value with ONE game because of their massive fucking lies. They deserve it. At least with EA you know they're dirty and trying to fuck you. CD Projekt used its rep to con you. That's far worse.
