I can't verify this because I don't own the PS4 version but CDPR supposedly tried to fix the performance by removing like 65% of the NPCs. My friend says post patch you can go for blocks and see like ten npcs.
Sounds like Watch Dogs on PS3

Rocks in the badlands look nicer
A further warning on Cyberpunk 2077's PlayStation store page reads:
"IMPORTANT NOTICE: Users continue to experience performance issues with this game. Purchase for use on PS4 systems is not recommended. For the best Cyberpunk experience on PlayStation, play on PS4 Pro and PS5 systems.
"This purchase will also be playable on PS5."
That is true. You're paying the same MSRP price of a lesser version POST PATCH.I can't verify this because I don't own the PS4 version but CDPR supposedly tried to fix the performance by removing like 65% of the NPCs. My friend says post patch you can go for blocks and see like ten npcs.
There are so many things they did wrong here and since Poland is in the EU and those guys are incredibly aggressive towards false advertising or consumer violations... there are quite a few ways CDPR can get fucked here.View attachment 2283055
So basically, CDPR is AWARE that the base PS4 version is the worst version. While they had it relisted back on the PlayStation Store. At least they WARNED people, but damn, this game is fundamentally screwed no matter how you look at it.

Only get this game if it's heavily discounted and/or on PC. It's a fascinating case of false advertising, lying and over ambition.
Depends, shit has happened in the past where they let them off with a slap on the wrist if they hire refugees and bog down the company with retards as a stop gap so the higher ups escape with golden parachutes whilst everything else deteriorates into a walking corporate corpse and it just depreciates in value until it gets bought up by a larger entity and shuffled around in corporate portfolios years from now. There are so many things they did wrong here and since Poland is in the EU and those guys are incredibly aggressive towards false advertising or consumer violations... there are quite a few ways CDPR can get fucked here.
Yeah, but the European Union has been looking for a reason to hurt Poland.Depends, shit has happened in the past where they let them off with a slap on the wrist if they hire refugees and bog down the company with retards as a stop gap so the higher ups escape with golden parachutes whilst everything else deteriorates into a walking corporate corpse and it just depreciates in value until it gets bought up by a larger entity and shuffled around in corporate portfolios years from now.
Speaking of - trying to clear the game on that version, so far haven’t had any crashes or major bugs. Granted, I’ve just cleared “The Heist”, and its once the game opens up that it starts to shit the bed, but it seems like they’ve managed to at least duct tape the worst issues. So basically, CDPR is AWARE that the base PS4 version is the worst version. Keep in mind, Poland (you could argue Eastern Europe as a whole) has more or less been telling refugees to Fuck Off for years now - its almost like they have a historical precedent for doing so - so that options kinda out. As for retards, they hired Canadians - worse, they hired Quebecers (the pseudo french who’ve had at least 3 failed votes to leave Canada), and as the Canadian I have to apologize for them...Depends, shit has happened in the past where they let them off with a slap on the wrist if they hire refugees and bog down the company with retards as a stop gap so the higher ups escape with golden parachutes whilst everything else deteriorates into a walking corporate corpse and it just depreciates in value until it gets bought up by a larger entity and shuffled around in corporate portfolios years from now.
News to me. Erdogan pulled his little chair stunt and the EU shrugged it off like rain on a raincoat. I think they can overlook some overpriced video game.Yeah, but the European Union has been looking for a reason to hurt Poland.
Nah, Poland has been pissing off the EU for a lot of different reasons -- most of them involving Poland's lack of fucks to give regarding hate crimes. CDPR is one of the more valuable things Poland has if not the most valuable and what I'm saying is that they might use this fiasco to punish CDPR to punish Poland.News to me. it has quiet down a bit, it was mainly during the 2015 immigration idiocy and it's aftermath, like orban telling the EU to fuck off when they demanded hungary can't built aNews to me. Yeah but Europe bad, Europe bad, Reagan smash!'tis complicated is all I' m sayin'
Almost certainly performance reasons. Having a low FOV saves resources by rendering less at any given time. Considering the state of the game, a 90° FOV would probably tank the frame rate. Why is the first person view so weird and unrealistic in this game? Its really tight and zoomed in to where you can just see your legs and maybe a third of your lower torso.
The only thing I can think of is they didn't want you to be able to look at your tits as Fem V.
Can you see Fem V's benis? Its really tight and zoomed in to where you can just see your legs and maybe a third of your lower torso.
If EU can fine Google or Facebook they can CDPR. If enough people raise a stink about the advertising practices of CDPR they might get hooked too. Especially from the investors' standpoint as they were shown old builds that misled them. There is a multitude of reasons for bad blood between UE and Boland, mostly having to do with the autocratic government of the latter trying to remove or limit a lot of laws citizens of the "grown up" democracies are taking for granted. 'tis complicated is all I' m sayin'
CDPR is a private enterprise, so EU can't openly come after them.
I'm just hoping they will not utterly destroy Witcher, not holding my breath though. Don't forget they run out of source material....
In what sense? Did he push for an increased action focus? When CDPR was making Cyberpunk, they initially promised us an RPG. I am thinking that Cyberpunk’s plot got heavy interference by Keanu because of that.
