I’m obviously no legal buff, but anybody with a brain could type Gordon and JJ’s name onto Google and find YouTube videos of them provoking Raxxo. Furthermore, they're obviously aware of his infamy on the internet. They've been trying to cash in on it for months. Stupidity obviously runs in their family.

I think it’s more Jen than Gordon. the first notion I got there was something off about them was how she reacted when she found out that the other trolls were not in favor of her snatching up the Eric Scrubbalo interview first.

They have fallen out of the graces of the Cyrax trolls. They have squeezed all the Cyrax dirt they could out of them and they had left was some grift crusade against the pedos.

If they still in contact with trolls it’s the one‘s from Bishop Wyatt’s and CVG’s side of the fence.

I think a lot of that has to do with their declaration to, and I paraphrase, "make Chance's life a living hell" and how they're "gonna get him the right way" when they were making their rounds around the troll sphere Post-Marty interview.

I'm guessing they're trying to cash the check their mouths should never have written in the first place.

Not very in many cases. Consider the ages of when she had kids - giving birth and then divorcing was seen as a failure of the woman, and likely the only income and possible means of taking care of the children would have been the father.

Back then this absolutely is likely to have happened, especially given her age when divorcing. It's important to remember cultural attitudes are entirely different now towards divorce. Men used to be the default winners of custody battles unless there were circumstances that made them unfit.

The funniest part about this so far is Chance responded to it, and while he was technically wrong in what he said - he wasn't far off from being right. It was surreal hearing him talk some sense.

Chance said that truth was a defence, which is err... true and that because his claim hadn't impacted their income they couldn't sue him, not true but it does raise the point about damages - and in this case there doesn't seem to be a basis for any. They're retired so it does not effect income at all.

Obviously, that doesn't mean he can't be sued, but he has a point - and what court in the land is going to award money a literal retarded MANLET doesn't have to his ex-step parent who inserted themselves back into his life. All because he called him a nonce. Get real.

This appears to be a notarised affidavit (or some kind of written argument made under oath) in support of a libel case regarding to activities on Kick (In most of the world defamation on the Internet is libel, not slander).

These lawyers seem like they are the sort that are most comfortable in traffic court (not the smartest). Look at that document:

p.1 no.2: "Neither the respondent nor the petitioner, is not a member of the military service" (Probably an attempt to forestall attempted claims that the UCMJ applies. In reality a contradiction in terms which would embarrass most ESL students.)​

p.1 no.4: "The Defendant...has negligently placed the allegations..." (The term 'negligent' is important here. IIRC you must prove malicious intent for defamation - negligence isn't sufficient[except in some ex-British places and anywhere with an idiotic oriental "honour" system]. Also, when are you a respondent and when a defendant in Florida? They've used both.)​

p.2 no. 9 "The Defendant and Co-defendant are in possession of a rifle that rightfully is owned by the petitioner...[specs of said rifle]. (This is either theft or robbery, has nothing to do with libel and is a criminal offense, not a delict. <I'm not saying that you can't take theft-related stuff to civil court - you usually sue for the return of or replacement value of the goods - just that they don't have this on their affidavit>)​

Rest of p.2 is a woman with a statement in corroboration. Not much of importance except for the same shitty grammar mistakes.​

p.3 suddenly jumps to demands. These are 4 in number:​

- Cease and Desist order​
-Damages, including emotional damages. No assessment made but rather the judge is requested to calculate an amount 'that seems fair and just' (There is also a weird part which seems to restrict the time period for damages to that of the "current medical condition" of the Petitioners, which is straight out incomprehensible to me)​
- That fees be paid by the defendant.​
- Jury trial request (This is retarded, in that all their other demands are either for actions that would usually be performed by a judge (C&D, awarding fees) and they're specifically asking for damages to be calculated by the trial judge.​

And the rest of the page(which is unsigned and not completely filled in, real top tier stuff there) tells us why this is such a lolsuit: It's pro se.

The document also looks more like an official request form to sue for more than $15K than a preliminary argument, but I don't know shit about Florida law.

If it is official notice of a suit, it needs to be served on the defendant. This does not mean dumping it on some social media site or emailing it to him. You have to pay an authorised official (I think in the US they're called Process Servers, where I live it's Sheriffs of the Court) to find the guy and hand him the document. Being notified of legal action involving you is your right, not some fucking "courtesy".

Part of me wants this piece of dung to end up in court as is, just for the lulz - if you thought FPS lobbies in their heyday gave hardcore roasts, you have never heard a retarded lolyer get told off by the Bench for baboonery of this calibre.

Can someone who knows Florida law correct me where I fucked up?
