This is undoubtedly true, especially with the number of "I was abused too but I turned out fine" kind of comments that have been popping up. When it comes to the younger viewers defending him I can't help but wonder if some of them are neglected. Sure, Cody gets bloodied and bruised, but his parents are always home, and they have the newest iPhones, tablets, video games, dogs, all of that good stuff. I've seen a lot of "I wish I had a dad like him" type of comments as well, and I'm wondering if the kids and teens who say that have a father figure at all. I'd love for someone to hack all of the family's channels and start posting informative videos on what to do if you live in a bad environment or can't escape an abuser. Because holy shit, there are way too many adults out there who are proud to support child abuse.
