If she sticks around stalking the new residents and/or trying to break in I would think she'll either find out how friendly FL gun/stand your ground laws are, or, how nice areas just don't allow bums. No one wants to deal with being on guard in their own home, & the cops will hate constantly coming out. Slap her with a few charges, transfer her to a jail several counties away due to "overcrowding", rinse and repeat as many times as needed if she re-appears. Her life would probably improve in jail anyway.
