Honest question. What does Phil want to be tipped for? Playing games? His award winning commentary? What is "it" that makes him think he's deserving of other peoples money? Take buskers for example, they don't stand there and have a 2 hour pre performance, woe is me before they do their act, they perform and earn a tip if the viewers are impressed. Waiter or waitress, great service, tip. I'd hazard an experiment if you will, if you could rig up an entire gaming set up to be played outside in a busy but designated area, and for dsp to do the exact same things he's doing now, to see if passersby will or would tip him their money. Played on a giant screen so everyone could see, hell even live stream it! A key phrase dsp always says "I hope you consider contributing" so I ask, FOR WHAT!?

I hope Gary is prepared to give Phil $50+ per stream for the foreseeable future because between him and OIC, assuming they're not the same person, they've basically made up like 75% of Phil's income since they showed up. His regulars barely even bother tipping anymore because they know these two nimrods will show up and cover the difference so why spend their own money? Tipping used to be a sort of dick-measuring contest amongst the tards, but a lot of them seemed to have jumped ship following Phil's move to YouTube.

I forget if the tips goal was a thing when Tut was around, but I recall tips slowing down drastically around then because everyone knew Tut would swoop in, drop his hundred bucks or whatever and fuck off into the sunset.

I almost kind of feel bad for DSP. He is so caught up in trying to prove the people who said he couldn't do this shit wrong that he's gambling his entire future on not changing up his lifestyle for an instant. We can see the results of his actions, we've mentally allowed ourselves to watch the decline and it's just something that he won't do as he insists he's having the time of his life and nothing could be better. I'm no psychologist but even I can tell this dude needs medicated and an intervention.

Part of me would be sad to see someone fucking with Phil right now because we are watching him sink into the lowest pit of irrelevancy of his entire career.
Phil is absolutely desperate for fan interaction, he babysits his chatroom even during his breaks, trying to prod and force some kind of conversation out of them. And it's funny watching his alien ass try and think up a conversation starter like pointing out a bird outside his window.
Since he finally got rid of all the trolls he's been absolutely starved for attention, and drama would just throw that out the window. DSP is a professional victim to a tee but I'm having the time of my life watching him realize how lonely he actually is.
