It was. He already changed the name of the event and doesnt even talk about it.
He won't say but evidence points to Fundraiser due to the fact that it's mysteriously missing from his weekly schedule.
This and he also says he has a contact to talk about "non-gameplay related streams" about. I assume they told him to not do it and said if he has any similar ideas to get in touch and make sure it's allowed before committing.

I'll reiterate one single point:

Podcasts, podcast guests and all podcast viewers are inherently autistic and about as bad as people who legitimately pledged for Project 7 or still watch wrestling. Its a perfect format for people who cannot read and write properly.
People that claim "special friend" status are the ones that sperg out on the phone and can't act like reasonable humans about shit that happens (like if your power gets cut).
DSP gets his balls fondled because he starts sperging about detractors and some faggot at Twitch clearly doesn't want to spend more time on this autism than he has to because he could instead be moderating titty streamers and just staring at titties all day (I have to say I respect their profession because of that).
So DSP starts crying and they give him the "special friend" treatment so they don't have to interact with him for more than 5 minutes.
To be fair some dipshit got him a slot for twitchcon. And he was on twitch in the early days, and I recognize the name hassan from just after jtv days. If anyone there likes him, it's probably a staff member that's been around for a long time when there weren't many people on twitch.
But he just got a suspension, he already admitted it on his forums. He is being moderated. Period.
And like I said before, if Twitch also decided to warn him about shittalking on other streamers, you wouldn't know because they'd put it all on the first strike.
This is what people are missing. Phil is doing lots of little bad things so he got a little punishment that covers all of them. Twitch isn’t going to do 25 one day bans because that’s dumb. They roll it all up and give you one strike. Then you’re on notice not to do ANY of that stuff again. Keep doing it and they suspend even faster for even less.
Also First strike bans are extremely rare. Like hardcore porn on stream rare. Anyone expecting Phil to lose twitch in the next few days is very optimistic.

- People somehow remarkably didn't detect what Phil had done. Despite following his every living breath for a decade, people actually ate up his words and believed he had a "special friend" at Twitch
- People started sperging at some guy called "Hassan" purely because he was in the Twitch channel
- Phil's account now has a first strike
- People who predict Phil spinning things in his favor are somehow unable to detect every instance of this. I have decided to dedicate the rest of my life to opening a Twitter account called "fagtkiller" to monitor this strange occurrence for the rest of my life.
- Phil is apparently smarter than many of his detractors who despite claiming to be able to predict his subtle wordplay are unable to detect when he uses the "special friend" angle.
