Phil has posted on his forums admitting that he recieved a suspension but not elaborating on the exact reasoning. The evidence however clearly points to it being because of his repeated at attempts at fundraisers to pay his backtaxes:
DarksydePhil's Twitch channel has been suspended today. It appears to be a temporary 24 hour ban, but no one knows for sure just yet.
It appears the most likely explanation is Phil got a strike / 24 hour suspension in relation to his constant "fundraisers" for his tax issues:
He talked shit about (recently, since Twitch ToS changed)

DSP's Twitch channel doesn't seem to be working right now. May or may not be a glitch, considering the other channels I've tried are still working.

he's not bragging about the suspension being bullshit or getting the strike appealed so i think it's safe to say that he got a legit strike, was legitimately suspended, and will correct his behavior as a result---at least temporarily. I believe that his compulsion to e-beg and air out his dirty laundry publicly will prevail in the long run. (just look at how quickly the next beg-a-thon was scheduled after the previous one. he's hurting and he needs to manufacture "drives" to rile up his pigs, but he cant do that anymore.)
