While we're quite familiar with the retarded radical Feminists in many countries, South Korea is also facing issues with this. No, seriously the vitriol in this shit is depressing. It seems like the usual Tumblr fare that’s notched up a few times. But add in mutilated dicks, pedophilia, pushing aborting male babies and celebrating it, and planned rapes. It gets worse since they actually have influence and support from the third biggest political party (Jeongguidang/Justice Party) as well. Censorship laws are passed by a Ministry of Women that would make GG lose their shit, creating a semblance of a Big Brother system. I’ll let the quotes and links talk for themselves.

A site quotes the Namu Wiki, another Korean Wiki outside of Korean Wikipedia, with other basic information on the site.

The main purpose of this post is to expose the "Korean-men hating" phenomenon evoked by extreme feminists called Megalian.

The hate is becoming so dire that a lot of Korea's online portal websites (such as Naver, Daum, and Nate) are being filled with toxic and fabricated comments bashing Korean men. Examples include "한남충" (Korean Men Scumbag), "6.9cm" (Referring to the genital size), "3초찍" (It takes 3 seconds for Korean men to ejaculate prematurely), "애비충" (Korean Dad Scumbag), etc.

Before I expose Megalian's horrendous antics, I would like to start off with saying that they are not really "feminists", but haters of Korean men using the term "feminism" to justify their crime and flaming on men.

They go as far by recording illegal videos inside men's restroom in school campuses, and they are also famous for their online rant toward Korea's comfort women, saying that "Korean men forced them to become prostitutes so that foreign men can use them as punching bags."

Moreoever, they have created their own website called "www.megalian.com" (now switched to www.womadic.com) where they constantly flame on Korean men and upload pictures of mutilated men's genitalia and laugh at them. Note that these genitalia slash pics receive hundreds of likes with 0 dislikes.

As a Korean myself, I have never seen such toxic community that exists in the face of internet. I have uploaded some pics with English translations below: **Please note that these pictures might be a bit graphic, but I've covered most of the parts to avoid discomfort.

Their Logic And “Mirroring”

3.1. Expansion of misandry
Although Megalia users claim that their misandric posts are a countermeasure against particular misogynists, most of the ridicule target all Korean men. It is hard to distinguish whether they are truly doing it as a countermeasure or they simply enjoy making such posts. They even repeatedly copy DC Inside Baseball and Stock galleries’ racist jokes and jokes about dead people. Also, Megalia users consistently make posts whose level of extreme exceeds that of the websites that show a misogynist nature such as Ilbe. Such posts are also highly voted up. This makes one question whether they are simply expressing misandry rather than a “countermeasure against misogyny”. This is akin to getting slapped in Jongro and then making a fuss in Hangang.[This is old Korean saying expressing someone’s misdirected anger or complaints.]

Since June in 2015, they have claimed they are “mirroring” misogyny. Some say the fact that they have to keep on insisting it means such an attempt at justification does not work well with the general public. Even if they are truly trying to mirror misogyny with a definite awareness and calculations, it can still be a problem. Most internet users come across such posts without context. It can only come off as the advent of a female version of Ilbe. Also, as new users join the website without sharing the website’s initial cause, Megalia can end up being a venue where they can let out any hate comments for simple entertainment like Ilbe.

They try to justify their behavior saying they are mirroring misogyny. However, it is only exposure of misandry that has existed under the surface on female-dominant sites such as DC Inside Male Celebrities gallery and Women’s Generation and then turned into full blown misandry on DC Inside MERS gallery. It is an argument that although misandry has existed for as long as misogyny on the internet, it was less exposed due to the closed nature of female-dominant websites and thus mirroring is a simple excuse.

In fact, it is even hard to say Megalia brought about simple exposure of old misandry because their extremity exceeds it. They are also different in that they believe they are righteous and implement organized movements supported by some women’s rights groups. They have only found a target where they can unload their hate and anger, which resides in everyone. They just found a chance to let out “macho-ness” under the pretense of mirroring.

3.9. Hate for male sexual minorities and outing homosexuals

Since November, Megalia users have been outing male sexual minorities with whom they used to be allied, blaming misogyny. This caused division of the community and a new site “WOMAD” was launched. Currently, both sites are outing sexual minorities. The extremist site WOMAD does outing for all gays while Megalia targets gays who “caused trouble”. It is a serious criminal act to reveal such personal information. This shows how they disregard minorities’ rights.

What They've Done So Far:

Here are some of the most infamous deeds of Megalia:
1. They tried to ruin reputations of several men and women with false accusations, including rape allegations. All proven false in the court of law. The infamous T-shirt sale goes to legal costs and restitution from these suit.
2. Police is investigating a post on how to kill Korean male customers at café without getting caught. A member suggested anti-freeze, which were upvoted by many members.
3. A kindergarten teacher was fired after posting her fantasy about raping kids under her care.
4. This post was followed by a post by another member fantasizing of raping kids playing in the playground in front of her place: "their thing hasn't been used!", she said
5. They tracked down a gay and forced "outing" because being gay is repulsive to them. His social reputation is ruined.
6. A member posted pictures from her hidden camera from male public washroom. The pictures were used to demean some of male genital size on display.
7. Another member posted a picture of her brother's genital without his consent. After making fun of his genital size, she put him up for a rape. There were many volunteers.
8. All Korean men deserve to die; therefore, whenever there is a reported death of Korean male, there is a celebration in the group.
9. The only male population deserves to live is Caucasian. They have large genitals and are good in the bed, unlike Koreans.
These are but some of the examples. Feminists? They are a hate group at best and criminals at worst.
